- Humana Loyalty Plus and Extend plans increase your annual maximum the longer you stay enrolled, rewarding long-term members
What You Can Generally Expect to Pay
Standard Humana PPO plans typically cover cleanings and exams near 100 percent, basic procedures like fillings around 70-80 percent, and major work such as crowns or root canals around 50 percent. Medicare Advantage dental allowances work differently, so we'll walk you through your specific numbers either way before recommending treatment.
